Three student members have received IPA Student Awards for their participation in the Tone and Intonation in Europe 2016 conference, 1-3 September at the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK. They are: Robin Karlin (Cornell University, Ithaca NY, USA), Yang Li (Cambridge University, UK), and Covadonga Sanchez Alvarado (University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA).
