Fechner-Weber Law and Logistic Law in Speech Timing

It's well known that categorical perception in accordance with Fechner-Veber's law is one of experimental bases of discrete symbols' existence in phonology. The categories-symbols are carriers of the semantic information in phonetics. We show, at least for rhythm of phonation in speech, that the concept of “information” appears in connection with the chaotic regime of this rhythm.
